End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of digital products provided by Beamer Atelier, including LaTeX Beamer themes and related design files ("Software").

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Beamer Atelier grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software for personal, academic, and professional presentation purposes.

A single purchase grants a license for one individual user. If multiple individuals within an institution wish to use the Software, each user must obtain a separate license unless a separate institutional agreement has been arranged.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software remains the intellectual property of Beamer Atelier. This Agreement grants a license to use the Software, not ownership of the underlying design system.

6. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Beamer Atelier does not guarantee compatibility with all LaTeX distributions or future software versions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beamer Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
